The new romantic teen comedy is based on a trilogy by the lovely Jenny Han has now been created as a film now airing on Netflix.

Now I don’t want to spoil to much if you haven’t seen the movie. The film ‘To all the boys I’ve loved before’ is about a teenage girl’s love letters being sent to all the boy’s she’s had a major crush on. Their are five in total Peter Kavinksy, Kenny from camp, Lucas from homecoming, John Ambrose from Model UN, and Josh the boy next door aka (her older sister Margo’s ex, 😬 yikes)

{ Here is the trailer that you can watch if you haven't already }

The film directed by Susan Johnson 'To all the boys I’ve loved before is one' of my favourite romantic comedies. The stories reprentation of Lara Jean is something I can relate to so much. As a 14 year old teenage girl writing stories that include scenes that I imagine about is something that I do a lot of the times when I’m writing how my teenage characters feel. As a character Lara Jean Covey is very unique but so relatable at the same time, as a teen watching the movie it is enjoyable to see a teen romance book come to life into a romcom.

Seeing more asian represntation within the media and industry is so so so important, so I'm so thankful that asian little girls and boys can look up to the asian idols they see in through music, movies, models etc.

Yours Truly Em <3
